EXECUTIVE POSITIONING STATEMENT
Across my career, I have led institutions through their most complex, high-stakes governance events, federal conservatorship, AML exam failures, audit and compliance breakdowns, and rapid-build programs launched under urgent regulatory timelines.
I do not manage tasks. I build governance systems that allow organizations to grow safely, withstand regulatory scrutiny, and operate with clarity and confidence.
